CWU Conference 2026 Motion 16: Call For Working Time Directive Reduction

 

Conference debated the need to review the existing European Health & Safety legislation that is currently UK law. The supporters of this motion 16 debated this and argued fofr the fsct tht workplace attendance and job design has changed with more and more workers facing demands that impinge negatively on their home life.

 

The motion was CARRIED following a card vote.
